VvwvV Posted June 2, 2012 Posted June 2, 2012 I play on the nitmod server and im jsut annoyed that constantly theres people who can only use flamer and just bust our asses in a certain place. i mean they are annoying right now and the flamer is overpowered on nitmod. i just wish that the flamer would be left out of the game because lots of people complaining that the the noobs who use the flamers cant do anythig else and just ruin the point of the game. what do u guys think? Vanaraud Posted June 2, 2012 Posted June 2, 2012 In my opinion in Nitmod the flmer is a bit overpowered but in other hand I see lots of newbies in the server. I think its a beginners server as real as it can get and its good. Also flamer is part of the game and its already restricted to 1 per team. and u can always panzanoob the flamer;) So let it be as it is. Quote
SinfulRaevyn Posted June 2, 2012 Posted June 2, 2012 flame throwers are awesome. They have a purpose in the game- to cook off choke points and to clear rooms to a team can defend or advance. I'd like to see them more effective in games, but as it is currently, they're fine. There are a variety of classes in the game, with a variety of weapons. There's is nothing wrong with one flamer per team. Quote

That's my opinion... I get really furious when people start calling out to people because they play panzer or flamer (I LIKE PLAYING PANZER). When playing a game I want to have fun - and I surely am no "noob" just because of that. If you don't like people with panzer and flamer. Get better. Kill them. There are a lot of people out there who easily kill panzerguys before the shot And also: Using a flamer is not always that easy =) It requires a certain skill! Quote
parrot Posted June 2, 2012 Posted June 2, 2012 Play on friendly fire enabled servers and the usage of the flamethrower drops quite a bit. Like Spaceballs said, very hard to use well in that case, ie. without tking the heck out of your team. Quote

It's the only server who it's true (need a certain skill). Quote
