Metzican
I believe the regular server is the more popular server. Last night around Midnight we had a ton of F|A on the regular server. Later on last night there were 30 people on regular and 0 on hard core and this is normal for late night. I believe that this move would make us lose a lot of our potential clan members. Also the thing about helping scrim is not really true. the biggest help is practicing on the scrim server. We are signed up for 6v6 having 24v24 with chickens with there head cut off will not do anything. Also with scrimming its all about a strategy and trying to hold to that and manipulate it to counter the other teams strategy. This is done with talking over vent and communicating with your team mates. Also there are normally enough F|A's on every evening to have a scrim practice if we would like. There would also be so many more random kills from gun fire and grenades. Edited October 2, 2009 by Metzican

FroggeR
Thouchy topic! I personally love the challenge of scrims and the idea of =F|A= evolving and getting on the ladder rankings. I Disagree with changing the 44 slot to a h/c server based on the fact that KillboX is the backbone of our cod4 guild members. We should wait a little bit to make that move, and instead switch our 24 slot server to S&D and TDM. Instead of having to wait to do scrims once in a while "when enough =F|A= members are on". We can get constant practice and coordinate strategies on vent as a team.
Sensa
As one of the biggest pushers of F|A evolving into a COD competition team. I would have to vote against changing the killbox to a hardcore server. It has already been mentioned a couple of times in this thread that the server would most likely die if we made the change. This is evident by the fact that we already have a hardcore server and it is no where near as popular as the killbox. If the scrim team needs to practice we can join our hardcore server or do what we have done more and more lately, join our scrim server and practice against each other. I would also have to agree with metz, practicing in a pub server will ***** NOT ***** help a competition team. Competition gameplay involves a completely different dynamic. I wouldn't want people playing on a pub server as they would during a match anyways. I think we have a team that could be a top 10 team and if we start showing where we like to hold on a pub server. It would be giving teams an easy to attain insight into how to counter our strategies.

Kinan Eldari
There's a reason why I'm hardly ever on the HC server. So no thank you.
Ethan
yeah im just thinking that isnt that why we have a hc server?
killzone
im still confused, why is domination boring? everyones answered my other question but not this one pretty sure ryan said it had to go, dunno why,i go to sleep now, 6:30 in the morning, stupid daylight savings
Kinan Eldari
I have no idea why domination is called boring. I actually think it's a breath of fresh air in the cycle of constant team deathmatches. It gives purpose to what is otherwise nothing but a (and yes often entertaining) slaughterfest without any clear objectives. It's one of the few reasons why I sometimes consider going to the BF2 server. Edited October 3, 2009 by Kinan Eldari
sniper
We have a hardcore server, if we changed this to hardcore we would lose half the players and lower the rankings of the server, I think Killbox is good because you last longer on the server, imagine 44 people on hardcore.. One solution is to disable the jugger perk i hate people with juger because you have to use lke a whole fricking magaziene to kill them
Johnny Phoenix
Sorry, I think hardcore mode will help with scrim, since scrim is in hardcore. MLG championchips is always on HC
WolfHunter
there's no reason for the killbox server to be hardcore. there's already a hardcore server. if you want to play hardcore, then maybe you should play on the hardcore server.
W1LD_C4RD
ive never played on killbox, but from what i hear, i think that we should keep it the way it is, the HC server soesnt have as many people, and if we add another HC i expect the same. in the overrall look, keeping it the way it is is probably the best idea
