It's missing those subforums... or am I the only one that sees it like that?

Ok I see what you mean... I added those section. As far as that topic goes i think it takes too long cos it needs to load up all links... Better make one request per topic... so I added new pinned topic. Feel free to suggest what rules u would like to add.. or what more info u need.
