You need:

  • Cheese to melt.
  • Tortillas or Flour tortillas

How to:

  1. Put a pan on low heat.
  2. Scratch the cheese.
  3. Put a tortilla on pan.
  4. Add the scratched cheese on the tortilla.
  5. Fold it on half.
  6. Wait till the cheese melt and later turn it.

This should be the result:

You can add meat or other ingredient.

Best quesadillas I ate were made by my friends fiance and she is Mexican, sadly she is stinkin rich and doesn't pick any salad.

The best quesadillas I have had was made at the hospital I work at, by a mexican though. Nice big chunks of chicken. Shredded cheese, and the perfect crispyness.

I like to put rice (wild or spanish) in the quesadilla or black beans. This adds zest and if you remove the meat it makes it vegetarian.

Like mine with spicy brisket....hmmmmm
