Maybe if you were a little more active then once a year other members will start to recognize you, you can't really blame them. You also need to have you forum group updated post in the tracker.

Use the tracker to request levels where you need them, also we changed the admin structure. Might wanna do some light forum reading to catch up on things. Oh and welcome back.
