You've got predefined keys to take SS (F11 as far as I remember) on the other hand you can open the console (tilde key - the one under ESC) and type /autoscreenshot. That way you can take SS from the console like a conversation. For the autoscreenshot feature you should check that in ET options "autoscreenshot" is set to JPG otherwise you would get TGA-files.
