Are you talking about renting a VPN or setting up a VPN from home that others can connect to?

If you're talking about setting up from home, you can use all sorts.. Including windows itsself.. But I believe there's an OpenSource VPN client called OpenVPN..

No renting one. I'm not a fan of home-hosted. I just think dedicated (or in VPN's case partially dedicated) works best.

That is also seriously cheap (HS).. $45/year is amazing..

 

yea it is. plus the free one does good enough. it lets you stream hulu. so yea

 

Strong VPN has a special for $55 a year.e
