Then click alt. fire and set it to MOUSE2 (just by clicking on it and then clicking MOUSE2). It doesn't have to be MOUSE2 it can be any button you prefer. Now, you can hold down MOUSE2 to throw knives. I think MOUSE2 is default for alternative attack. You might need to press v06 on Beginners first. (Not in console, just like when using vsays.)
