How to find your GUID for Tf2

When you're at the main menu, go to options

Go to advanced

 

Then enable the console

Join a game by clicking Browse Servers, doesn't matter what server, zero players or many.

 

Once IN GAME with a class selected, hit the ` key

 

Type Status into the console and your GUID will appear with other info on you.

Nice one dude :)

 

I guess eventually a TF2 GUID field will be in our profiles :P

That was my goal, to show DD there is a GUID for TF2 as well.

 

I will be making a "How to install, run, and play" guide tomorrow, but for now I need to sleep, work in the morning.

I made a tutorial for TF2 but I submitted it twice on accident because the forum wasn't responding. :s
