Hey folks,

im thinking about finally getting a real config. Until now im playing with mostly standard

options, just some variations. Now i hope to find someone to do the job for some

lazy ass like me xD

preferences:

config for nq (if that helps)

resolution: 1280*1024

graphics: high

crosshair: 5

name: ^0=F^1|^3A= ^0des^1pera^3DOS

computer:

Windows XP

Pentium D 3 GHz

2 GB Ram

GeForce 8600 GT

DSL connection

atm im playing with cg_fov 90, change it if you think its better. anyway, change whatever you think is

best for me. but leave crosshair and maybe with no pulse, i think.

If you need anything else let me know. If you are willing to help me i would be really happy :)

I posted the configuration I use. I don't mind at all if anyone wants to try it out. I made it some 5 to 6 years ago and I can't believe I'm still using it now. Whenever you have time, Medic, can you look over it. I've been getting some pretty bad fps at times. (even at low resolutions). I have forgotten most, if not all the commands in the configuration... I fail hard.

I also have Norton 360, but I always put it on Silent Mode when I game. I've also had fps lag with no antivirus/internet security package installed on the computer. I'm not sure why I get as low as 20-35 fps in certain maps. I'm open to any suggestions I should make in the configuration file I attached. 10 Billion Thank Yous!

CPU: Intel Core2 T7600 @ 2.33GHz

RAM: 4.0 GB

Graphic Card: NVIDIA GeForce Go 7950 GTX

Monitor: 17 inch / 1920 x 1200 / 60 Hertz

Internet connection: Road Runner Cable (10Mbs)

Game graphics: Performance with a tad bit details

What resolution you play with: 1600 x 1200

hum sorry i'm replying that late but anyway I checked your config some value are wrong like for example r_picmip "5" on ET limit is 3 there is no 5 beside of that on some server you can be kicked for that.

anyway i just ported your binds to new config with more normal cvars respecting what you want and what you were using on your old config, test it and see if you like it
