Korrosyf Posted October 23, 2013 Posted October 23, 2013 The book I readed the most must be: Russka, a totally unknown book by Edward Rutherfurd, that describe the history of Russia since the Viking invasion to the moder federation, through the destiny of many individuals. If you have the chance and like history-based book, read it =) Quote
Korrosyf Posted October 23, 2013 Posted October 23, 2013 To Play:I've never thought someone would put those two books together. Thank sir, you just broke one of my stereotypes. 1 Quote

Clan Friend SunLight Posted October 24, 2013 Clan Friend Posted October 24, 2013 Normally I don't read books more than once, but there are some exceptions for example I've read all Harry Potter books in 3 different languages, now I was starting to read H.P. in Japanese too, but I almost died in the attempt I guess I'm not ready yet Talking about novels, other books I've read more than once are The Lord of the Rings, and Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse Quote
GoldenWings Posted October 24, 2013 Posted October 24, 2013 hi sunlight Wow in so much language? I think japanese is very hart to learn it And more hart is writing in japanese hehe I'VE heard it from some some friends this lord of rings is nice as book most was read before the book and goes after reading into movie center and look the movie and the most was tellling me the movie is very great but the book was better;)looool Quote
Clan Friend SunLight Posted October 24, 2013 Clan Friend Posted October 24, 2013 hi sunlight Wow in so much language? I go for quantity rather than quality I read lotr in 3 languages as well, actually in German it was an audiobook (my German sux but I can still follow the story, or pretend to ^^) As regards the movies, I think everyone who reads a book and then watches the movie is always disappointed at least a bit, because they cut parts of the story, change or remove characters, etc. 1 Quote
