Haha, saw this. I love how they think they're going to stop them, and attempt to do just that.

As long as the bike is running you can continue racing, he was trying to pick his bike up. Once the bike stalls its game over.

I'd say the bikes were racing eachother. I love how the 1st bike came from nowhere and wrecked the other guy though - Funny incident, but lucky nothing fatal happened. He kinda raged at the end though

might just be me but it stopping them really that hard? Just pick up the backside since that's where the wheel is touching the ground.............Needs some good timing and a bit of mustle.
