Gubbi Posted June 20, 2011 Share Posted June 20, 2011 Since football (soccer) has its summer break in Europe atm, I have no choice and have to stay up long to get some live football action. Quarter finals are already played and the 2 big favorites (Mexico and US) are still in there and i expect both of them in the final. Mexico is playing quite impressive so far, basically dismantling their opponents, playing nice combinations, so I'd say they'll win this cup. Anyone else is following this cup? Mexico =/= Javier Hernandez Javier Hernandez is mah friend, he used to live close to mah house, and he's the most simply person ever, he love play in team, even Mexico could win with out Javier H. and i'm agree with you about that boring coup. Latino555 Posted June 24, 2011 Share Posted June 24, 2011 Nothing special at all from Javier Hernandez. The ball is always delivered to his feet/legs to make the easy shot. I will only think he's good when he can actually run with the ball instead of just those one-tap goals. (but good teamwork from the Mexicans to have him in front of goal to get the pass for a goal) I think Guardado is the most "effective" Mexican player. He actually runs the ball and makes fast plays.
