Jaaa!&
Those errors are usually related to the Aspi layer associated with CD burners or dvd burners. Installing Adaptec's ASPI or the better install of ForceAspi should correct the errors. You can read why you need this layer in the link below and download from there also. It explains how to install it too. http://radified.com/ASPI/forceaspi.htm

Achiyan
i think you are right Jaa....but ionno. i started noticing upon restarting that my pc wouldnt wanna boot up. then i started hearing the DVD drive ticking/clicking during the failed boots. as soon a i pressed the eject button it booted right up. well, until it automatically closed itself. as soon as it shut the pc beeped and shut back off :/ so i unplugged it altogether. worked for a lil while, now i just crash no blue screen but the same error. i'm actually thinkin its my HD4670 and my dvd drive just ironically started goin out at the same time lol. i remembered that all the problems started when i updated Catalyst Control Center. tried to rollback drivers but to no avail :/

Achiyan
figured it out. lol. i feel like such a tard right now. all those previous error codes were from boot up devices and/or .dll's not loading. but the source of the problem is my CPU temps. guess its time to reseat my heatsink. AMD Phenom II x3 720. had fourth core unlocked and stable running between 3.0 and 3.5ghz. depending on what i was doing is why i change my overclock from time to time. Artic Silver musta got too hot sometime between then :/ now my temps are horrible. so i dropped the overclock and dropped the unlocked core. pc is much more stable but sh*ts on itself when it hits 61 degrees celsius. well, i wanna say 62 cus it sits at 61 for a minute then screen jacks up or blue screen then restart.
