no they wont... shit needs to complete the circuit... its only plugged into 1 part :P thus they wont get electrocuted

 

its just ghetto cuz he is using that as a key hanger

When someone touch the screw he will definetly get a electrik shock.

The circuit is closed thru the ground. Trust me i was an electrician.
