Teamkillers with high team kill index will be auto kicked their and their will be no way you will be able to call vote to turn it off. Etpub = FF on/off depending on vote. Hardcore = FF on. Maps would be different which will include both scrim and fun maps. Hardcore will be soon having different sound pack once I update it to new Etpub. New Etpub is under test atm.
