who the hell plays 1.6

1.6 actually has a larger player base. I don't know a lot of specifics but I believe the general consensus is that 1.6 has better hit reg, maybe along with some other stuff.

Source has slightly more active players looking at the server stats =D. Not by much though. They are almost identical.

 

Also ya 1.6 has better hit reg. Also the guns are more accurate. In source you can't spray because because the bullets will fly above the target. Old CS was just "spray spray" it goes all over but in a general area.
