Make them pocket nukes and instagib everyone (including the thrower) anytime someone gets a hit. Idk how this would help the situation but omg would it be chaos.

 

They are slightly annoying but only a little more annoying than medics who corner camp. A corner camping knife thrower is a heavily favored win condition (this is the type of knife player that I encounter the most). Regardless, it isn't that big of a deal to me.

The problem are players that only play knives. They don't contribute to their team winning, they're just doing it to ruin someone else's fun

The game is missing so many more options like hologram, jetpack, grappling hook, aoe healing, mg turrets, mortar cam, railgun, trip bombs, etc.

Just to piggyback off of this, think the thing that gets me the most is that I can kill an enemy medic, gib him, get hit by a poison knife from someone else and not be able to pickup those packs.

I couldn't agree more. That is typically why i grew to accept poison knives.

 

I mean friendly fire off with panzer and mortar is so unreal...

Physical laws are bent so much, we know we are in the matrix for sure.

Well... i personally like the poisoned knifes , but if i hit someone i die before him ...  The reason is simple... im nub with gummy bullets  

 

In my case its simple ... run from spawn to find the way where is the enemy ,then i die ... doesnt matter if poisoned or just killed , one hundred percent of my gameplay is jumping around the map and keep respawning  , so for me its ok with or without 

 

Forever Gummy bullets in my pocket !

Yes, also, if you're poisoned by an enemy medic and kill/gib him you can't also pick up those packs. Makes absolutely no sense.
