I call to motion that all silent 1 bots are to be automatically disconnected when its 3 vs 3 humans.

DareDevil decided against that a decade ago, on Jay#1, when the admins could still put bots to spec.  He removed the ability of admins to do that.

 

He feels that reducing the player population to 6 or less will cause many to not join such an "empty" server.  He believes that the bots do attract players, especially the 'new ones' that servers need to survive.

 

He has analyzed the server statistics to come to that belief.

Players/bots that are spectating are still added to server player count when you use ET server browser or 3d party web page. So I dont follow that reasoning.

I wonder how many of these topics we have to make until they realize that many of our regulars wont join the server for this exact reason, they wait until bots are gone and then they join

Yes I sign under what bunny said. Many times if that is half team of bots zi go and come back later. Today i stayed and it was frustration... 

Removing bots when its 6v6 ön jay1 would be great.

Honestly, I'd be okay with bots if you could TK them. They just get in the way.

Try to get out of the spawn ,jay1 Goldrush ,second axis spawn ,you are HERO if you can do it with bawts. Ofc you can use longer route to exit spawn from 2nd exit and 3rd ,but that time .... let the bawts use 2nd or 3rd exit.

The ET Legacy US server removes bots when it’s 3 v 3 humans… 

 

All bots do is get in the way of things and help nubs become highest fraggers.
