Can't join jay-1 [ETLegacy]

Hello,

 

I don't see fa jay-1 server in list of servers at Et Legacy. When join silent I am trying to connect via FA internal list of servrs and nothing happen? What is it? I also doing it manualy by typing ip connection but nothing works.

Always do it that way, instead of using the IP of the server.  The server IPs do change from time to time, but that Jay1.can-fa.com always "points to" the current IP for the server.  The same is true for the other FA ET servers.

i did mention somewhere before , someone had same issue like yours and couldnt see F|A beginners 2 server.

just place in your etmain folder a CFG file that contains 

connect jay1.clan-fa.com

and once you load ET u can just /exec filename - then you connect to the desired server.

for example i have this beg2.cfg in my etmain, so i open ET and /exec beg2 - then im in beginners 2 server 😄 

 

this is really useful for lazy guys like me xD

Thanks, it means something but I duno why jay1 deasapears from server list at ET legacy client. I will try this conclusion, thanks m8 and others who help me.

Anyway it is a part time solution, no offence cuz there is no jay1 at server list i wonder what happened? Could you find a solution for enlist jay1 back again to server list. I am asking not on behalf of me but other players who might be forced to to connect via fa direct coonetion rather than simple click on server list.

Ok, can you take a ss of, how yours look like ?

 

You can also bind all FA servers to some keys, i use F keys

I cant join jay1 cuz i have constant awaiting connection in et legacy

theres no way this doesnt work, create a txt file "jay1.cfg" and paste there. make sure its a config file and not a txt format.

connect jay1.clan-fa.com

then it should work when you execute the file in ET

might not work or anything but have You tried resetting Your network connection? I mean turning it off and then on?

Or installing 2.60b and checking if there is the same problem?
