Pferd Posted February 7 Posted February 7 So from what I understand you already use "r_displayRefresh 240" aswell as "com_maxfps 250"? Also make sure to deactivate/turn off v-sync aswell as g-sync. 1 Quote

One question though... You say monitor's at 240hz, r_displayrefresh 240, com_maxfps 237, and "200hz in game", what do you mean by 200hz in game? I run 144hz on monitor / displayreresh and com_maxfps 250 and have no issues with tearing, game looks great... you know, in case you just want to give up and figuring it out 🫠 1 Quote

First of all, you can't have com_maxfps 237 because the game engine reverts is to the closest integral of 1000/x meaning fps values can only be: 1000/2 = 500 1000/3 = ~333 1000/4 = 250 1000/5 = 200 1000/6 = ~166 1000/7 = ~142 1000/8 = 125 etc... If you want to use maxfps 237, you have to use gpu driver and limit the fps from there. Make sure r_swapinterval is 0, and make sure r_finish is 0. And also make sure you have no 200 hz limit for ET in your gpu driver settings. 1 Quote

captnconcrete Posted February 9 Posted February 9 not sure how settings are in a ben q but i have asus 144 hz have u tried messing with the setting buttons on the monitor and manually setting the fps in ur driver . then going in to ur fps settings in et and matching em. 1 Quote
Bison90 Posted February 9 Author Posted February 9 I've tried almost everything possible, something is wrong in the AMD Radeon software I turn off freesync Monitor shows on I don't understand why monitor shows 200hz in game and desktop shows 240 😄 I honestly don't know what to do next Quote
