What are their SL rankings ? That should decide who is best engi. Also what percentage of time do they play engi ? peace

On pubs thats no prob since charge takes less time to recharge. On ETPro u pretty much always have a 2nd engy who plants while rnade deals dmg :)

Tbh, suicidal engy's are bad engy's. Learn to play rifle and be smart :P

 

I can play rifle, and I can get kills, but it becomes annoying after killing 3 engis by yourself, waiting for a medic, then getting swamped by a ridiculous amount of medics looking for a cheap kill. Also, Jaymod is hard to get good at rifle, because the reload time is screwed up, it promotes changing to pistols before reloading the rifle, I guess that could be a reason for most people using rifle purely for the nades.

The rifle launched grenades are a little bit much. Maybe a max of 2 rifle launched nades per spawn, would encourage more rifle usage. I agree with hobbit that suicidal engis r bad engis. peace
