can't get into jay1 jay2 and 3 it works and when I'm in it lags my ping is too high

Having the same issue. Cannot join jay1 and when I succeeded today (took a while to get in), the lag was so high, I could not play.

 

EDIT: Was able to connect a few minutes ago, but the lag is still very present. I have already a thread open for it, so will continue there.

I have reinstalled from Windows 11 to Windows 10 thought can Jay1 in but ping is still high and lags too

Regarding lag issues, I just had a look into submitted WinMTR stats. The loss is definitively happening on Jay1.

 

I am constantly having lag issues on Jay1 too and yesterday it went to extreme where I could not even connect to the server or it took very long until I would be finally connected. 🤪

Right now, miraculously, the lag is completely gone and everything is fast, green and blue. 🥰

 

Where there known issues with jay1 lately, are they resolved by now?

Bought a new GPU since the ping went up and wasn't playable. I still tried the monitor, GPU, internet driver right before with my old GPU wasn't like that

PunkBuster quit supporting ET some years ago, so those of us still running the PunkBuster client will get that meaningless warning these days.

 

DareDevil says that we can stop using PunkBuster because it has no real function now and none of the FA servers require it.

 

I only have it running to possibly help others when they might have trouble with it.

Are you saying that you can get into Jay#3/Beginners#1 okay, but it lags for you, too?

I now come in jay1 but ping is too high not playable my ping was around 118-125 if bad a bit higher but not 200-400 croatia 😄im from germany hm
