Popular Post Shoresy Posted April 8 Popular Post Posted April 8 So many know, there was an Eclipse today! 😎 I know it wasn't the greatest view for majority of the people out there, so I will share mine as I had a really good view First image is captured out of my bedroom window, (woke up to take the pic and went back to bed hehe) Second is a picture my wife had taken while out running around. Anyone else got some cool photos? 10 1 Quote

LazyHippo Posted April 8 Posted April 8 Not lucky with this eclipse although it was seen in northern states before going for Texas in the US. We can keep this topic as well @Shoresy as its worthy for the section! 🏆 Will try to do an update soon when Space.com gets properly feeded by people that had the chance 😄 2 1 Quote

(Your country will have the envy of the rest of Europe!) 😄 Northern Africa and "the Med" is scheduled for a good one later. https://www.timeanddate.com/eclipse/list.html Click on the dates and you will see a count-down timer for the event! 😄 Edited April 9 by RedBaird + 2027 ++ links 2 1 Quote

Shoresy Posted April 9 Posted April 9 Thanks @RedBaird merging them together was a better idea Its what I get for checking the forums down the line in order hehe, should have checked all before posting 😛 Also: For anyone who has any newer phones with "Night mode" cameras, the pictures were visible a lot more and picture came out much better with night mode enabled. Just a tip when trying to capture something bright! Reason my picture came out so well is because of the night mode + I have a really dark tint on my bedroom windows as well. So through the 5% tint and night mode on my phone it captured the negative in the photo really well making it look nearly pitch black outside. 1 Quote
