27-liter Merlin Engine, as used in Spitfires, Lancasters and P51 Mustangs.  2mpg with a 26-gallon tank.  ? 10 gallons of oil. ? 

No supercharger :( "Low speed run" at 185 mph on the Autobahn.

It's around 118l/100km using EU values ? ? . Probably tanker has to follow driver of that car ?

i know first thing i thought also . i had a 460 in a van once 6 mpg.. had a 454 in a truck once 7 mpg.they both would  pass anything but a station.lol
