let me explain myself guys. I was giving @Drempa ammo so he could mortar the fuel dump because allies needed some help. And I jumped in front of him just to let him know it was me giving him ammo, no idea he would die because of that.

This happens to me a lot on other servers too, its an ET thing not an FA thing xd 

 

My guess is the first one, you were shooting a medic who was standing on a bunch of packs.. Another ET thing 😄
