Simply put because instead of posting your video and just asked how can an opponant didn t received damaged.

 

You say "no accusations but what did i witness?"

 

Then screenshot of Real420 who s been muted for consecutive cheat accusations.

 

Then a screenshot saying: I already know what they will say...

 

Then a screenshot saying: i really can t believe you suggest my shot gun to the abdomen did only 1hp damage...

 

This post wasn t about posting funny video or just random video that you wanted to know what explaination there was behind the hit not registering. You just made a whole mascarade with between the line insinuation that wsm is cheating? 

 

I ll then say the same as we say on server; if you believe a player is cheating please post on forum in proper section with a demo and timesnaps.  Here s the link Cheater report

Did you look at the video? It's very clear that wsm did not step on any medpacks. His entire movement trajectory was completly visible in the video. If bullets did not register, then howcome there was blood splatter animation? Your only explanation, that is even remotly plausable, is Jaymod bug. We have thousands or even tens of thousands gaming hours amongst the forum users. Has anyone ever experienced someting similar?

I did experience it in the past, I know it. I don't remember a specific situation where it occured though. But yeah, sometimes, the jaymod hitboxes are super bugged. It happened to me in the past that, while hidden behind a wall and leaning to spot the target, he managed to shoot at me while I shouldn't be able to be damaged because my body shouldn't be visible. That is a jaymod bug, so yes, it can't be W$M cheating.

I'm sorry guys, but both of you are talking about completely different phenomenon. I guess everybody has experienced hitting (or getting hit) while being or moving behind cover. That is caused (like boki sayd) by ET antilag, high ping and broken hitboxes, there is no mystery there. That IS NOT what is happening in the video.

Question is that can you trigger hit animation and hitsound without actually doing any damage to enemy? And nobody says WSM is using any cheats. I'm just curious if that kind of thing has happnend to anyone else before.

It is possible to hit and while hits can be seen on the screen and even in the /weaponstats, the damage doesn't actually occur and the kill doesn't happen either. You just reminded me of this where I would clearly see that I have hits in the /weaponstats , but the opponent would be unaffected by it. Yea, jaymod is that weird (bugged). Hit animation would be also drawn, btw.

I encountered this already several times and if it happens again, I hope I will remember to make screenshots and show it to you. I rarely ever record my games, so a chance to get a demo is low.

How did you know that the oponent was unaffected by it? Did he kill you right after with full hp? And I dont think the bug can be demonstrated by screenshot. Because it would have to show you hitting them, and them killing you in the same fight with full HP. And you never know what happened between the screenshots. It would have to be demo or video.

That could be the case. It would be interesting to know, what did HP in player hud show. Because that was definetly a full blast of m97, the helmet flew off and everything. It is also interesting to note that both documented cases are with m97, maybe its with only that weapon? You have years of experience in jay1, have you ever seen that before?

havent really played with shotgun before so no ive never seen this before. btw i just noticed on my video i got killed my M97 not thompson. maybe there was another guy who shot me

Yeah, sorry... I used a King Crimson's song and it detected it... I'll leave another one which has no copyrights. It's better than the first one, I used slow motion in some parts.
