What does the increased charge level do when a command post is constructed?

I know when a CP is contructed, the players from that team gain a little charge bonus, and if the CP is destroyed, the players of that team lose some charge

I mean this bar

On J3 this bar already gets to 100% relatively fast. Does it increase this recharge speed even further?

J1 is same as J3 I believe

I think its only reduced spawn for a second or 2, I dont think that this have impact here since we have fast charge/fast shooting settings.

You have actually answered you own question tbf but as already stated it wont really have any impact on FA servers as they already have fast charge and reduced spawn times etc.

 

On a vanilla install with default times etc the charge speed is increased and can give a reduction inf spawn times.

Don´t forget the difference of the Fops charge and Mortar Rounds per charge.

one of the most important reason to build up the CP beside the reduced spawntimes. 

 

overall on a 30 min map you´ll have at least 20%  more Fireing for effect +1 extra mortar round per charge bar (on silent and Jay = endless Mortar fireing)

It´s not much, but in 30 minutes it can have a huge impact on the map.

People neglect that fact when it comes to objective play.
