I saw this on another forum and downloaded it but have yet to install it. Is it a stand-alone game, or something run on top of ET like Jaymod?

 

I can't see anyone making a server specifically for it because everyone would have to download 75 MB when they log on and most lazy ET peeps would just get bored and cancel the dl after a few minutes.

 

If it is high-graphics, won't we just lag more?

if you play on 'pure' servers (that is 99.999% of them) you can't use other skins or pk3s.
