ET Hardcore Lightning under stamina

So there is this lightning thing under the staminabar. It changes color. It  has three colors. Red. Orange. And yellow. And changes without making sense. Anyone knows what it means?

Hey cool gladiator thx. But I play medic most of the time and the color also chances? Any idea what that might mean?

It's the power bar, and it's related to the ability of the class you're using.

 

If you play medic, then the power bar indicates how many med packs you can give or if you can use adrenaline for example. Giving med packs will lower the bar and you have to wait for it to slowly get back up. So the color code follows that rule (if the color is red, you can't give anymore med packs). For engineers, it affects their ability to build stuff or arm landmines, and so on.

Constructing the Command post speeds up the recharge rate though. Players have up to eight weapon slots, depending on character class. The classes that are available are engineer, soldier, field ops, medic, and covert ops.

 

@duid If you are wondering why the lightning (and not the bar) changes colors even though you are playing medic, it's because it's a team sign.

What I mean is that, if a field ops calls airstrikes in your team, all the team will see the color of the lightning in orange to tell you that airstrikes have been called. It's useful when there are several field ops in the same team to know if another guy already called an arty and when you will be able to call yours.

White means all air support is ready for signal.

Orange means an airstrike has been called, while an artillerry is awaiting.

Yellow means artillerry is on, but airstrike is yet to be called.

Red means all air support is currently reloading.

And just to add that if you ever play NQ the lightning is replaced by 2 dif icons for field ops, 1 is a canister meaning airstrike can be used and the other is a pair of binoculars meaning fire for effect can be used.

 

Actually amazed tbh how many people still don't know that and constantly try calling for support.
