What i had done was divide and conquer approach - create profile - load my 1/3 config. It worked no issues, so marked those cvars good. Then did same and worked fine. On 3rd load - it fked up and from 1/3 - i did half and half to figure out exact cvar and tossed that one out. I wish i could tell you which one it was.
