done, even though i am brithish :P

I think your survey could have done with a bit of a clean up though.

for example

1) if you were 10, then you could have been in either group. If this information were to be represented as a historgraph, for example, then you wouldent get an accurate representation as some people would have goen for the 0-10 catergory, and others 10-15. better to do 0-10, 11-15 etc

2). Im not too sure why you jumped from 0-10, left it at increments of 5, then went from 30-50. i understand you may have left it as 0-10 as there may not have been enough respondents in this catergory to be worth it splitting it in two (though you should keep it even really) but 30-50 is quite a leap in the audience

3) themes are a bit vague - bloods and killers is rather non specfic

4) Guersney is a bit unspecified too - i didnt know if you meant a team or a shirt that had a gurensey in it

5) A likert scale may have been better for last part

sorry to nitpick :)

Use in Australian sport

In Australia, the word "guernsey" is used to describe the usually sleeveless shirt worn by Australian rules football players, although the word “jumper†is also commonly used.[10][11] The top worn by National Rugby League and Australian Rugby Union players is more commonly called a jersey,[12][13] though it is still frequently called a guernsey, often interchangeably. As an extension of this tradition, the expression "to get a guernsey"[14] is a metaphor for being selected for something or to gain recognition for an achievement.

guernsey, sounds like jersey.....both same meaning

really :confused i pronounce guernsay like GURN-SEA and jersey like JER-SEA; gurensay has a hard 'n' sound in middle. Maybe its an continetal thing to think of it as a sporting item; here its more used to describe a type of milk lol
