This is =F|A=Unknown's New Jay2 soundpack with Female Medic skins added.
There was a conflict using just the skins with backpack in the old Jay2 soundpack in clients.

Female medic skins are very laggy and almost impossible to hit, just FYI. We tried them years ago and the complaints meant we reverted.
