Administrators daredevil Posted June 7, 2010 Administrators Posted June 7, 2010 1) Download vent from here (you only need the correct version of the client program for you sytem) 2. Download install 3) Start up and click on circled arrow 4) Click on New, enter your name. you need not fill in anything else. I beleive phontic is how the server will annouce your name when you enter server, though i am unsure 5. Click ok, then click on the arrow below , next to server 6. New - Click,fill in name of vent server 7. Fill in the details as given by Rainier. You can leave everything ticked 8. You should now be able to connect to the server Side notes a) Pass for 'members only!' section is somewherre in members section (if not changed) B ) any other problems (unable to hear other people, need to equalise sound levels etc) post in support section, though a quick search of forum may help c) heres a gif of the process. sorry i didnt take into account the message of the day when making this and no you dont have to re-enter your name/server everytime you disconnect...
