Gubbi Posted May 18, 2012 Share Posted May 18, 2012 I am not getting a message that tells me to update PB. I am now getting a message that tells me that the server has disconnected. I had the same problem when I downloaded the files on Thursday but now I could connect and play for a while until I got kicked again. Right click on the links and select Download Linked File As.... Unfortunately for those users, a manual update may be required. To manually update, Mac users should close COD4 if it is open and then download mc002301.mac. SuperTaz Posted May 24, 2012 Share Posted May 24, 2012 If you have a mac, here is a reply from EB on what to do so they know what kick you are getting: Please go to your PB folder and create a plain text file "pbcl.cfg" in it (use a text editor like "Notepad", make sure it does not have an additional '.txt' extension). Put the text "pb_logtofile 1" (do not include the quotations) as a single line to it. Then save the file and join a PB enabled server. After getting kicked, you should have a file "pbcl.log" in the PB folder. Open the pbcl.log, copy and paste the contents of the log into a new note, here on the trouble ticket.
