Hello, somebody train street workout? Street Workout is a sport where we train with our own body. Exercises like a push ups and pull ups are base of this. There a 5 ways in this sport: figure, static, dynamic, strenght or all of them. In Street Workout is easy to earn some muscles, we don't need anything, only ground and rod. Look at some of street workout static and dynamic elements: I'm training 2 years, 2 years for dynamic and static but now only for figure and strenght. Questions? Ask me.

Well, just wanted to share something I'm half-and-half proud of. In high school, I was on the Soccer and Swim Team. After breaking the forwards leg in soccer (because she pissed me off), I was told to go into exclusively Swim, in which, I was built like a female pitbull. Since it's a while since I graduated, of course I slacked on exercise and got flat. Especially since my ex is moving out of my damn apartment soon, I'm setting my mind to be positive in both my thoughts and my body. I have taken up Bikram "hot" yoga while going on jogs everyday by myself as well as normal exercise routines by myself. (I hate the peer pressure at gyms.) Scrolling through my phone, I found a picture of myself at age 19 (first pic). I figure I'd take another pic of myself (just this morning) for comparison (second pic). Although I got more to go, I'm pretty proud of how far I've came, especially in the middle of daily-adult-life. (Note: I'm very small, being 5'3", but I could probably still kick your ass.) Edit: I've also been a vegetarian for going on 7 years. So frick-frack your meat protein.
