  1. I don't think u get in cage like that, almost every boxer who fights in cage know/can do all the things u said else he wouldn't be in the cage isn't it? I mean u can't start doing competitions 'like that'. For me the best part is the training, when I train my ass off till I just can't move anymore I'm much more satisfied than beating some amateur on a ring. If u train harder than the fight itself u will win, why do u think tyson was so strong? He had no f***ing life, he was a 'nerd', training everyday of the week and ofcourse he had a natural talent for boxing but that talent wouldn't have developped so far if he didn't train so much

  3. U get used to it, it's a good thing if your goal is to make money, I have 2 jobs since almost 1 year and I study too but it works fine, atleast I don't lose my time taking drugs or doing bad things and with money u can do anything

  7. Yeah most of the guys who do competitions only get injuries and don't earn much or nothing so I understand ur point of vieuw.. If u train like the best and don't fight officially but u do sparring's with good boxers it's alright, it's even smarter. As for on the streets, I could use MMA alot I think, all the techniques are perfect to end the fight quickly.. In september I'm gonna start MMA, gonna be fun I hope

  15. I did Muay thai competition but I wanted to gain some serious mass so I quit and now I train at the gym since 6 months, I gained 10kg and almost no fat.. When I'll reach 75kg with 6-7% bodyfat I stop gaining mass and going for competitions in MMA. ATM I try to eat 3500cal/420g carbs/165g prots/110g fat everyday except 1 day in the week where I eat w/e I want and drink w/e I want. Nutrition: • normal carbs : Fruits • other carbs : Oatmeal, sweet potatoes, rice, broccoli, spinach • Proteins : Eggs, tuna, skinless turkey or chicken, very lean beef. • Fats : peanut butter, fish oils, olive oil, canola oil, and flaxseed oil Fast sugars after training milk 1,5La/day Water 3-4L Brown bread only Organic food as much as possible! Program: (1min rest each set) Mon; biceps, triceps, chest, traps Tu; shoulders, back, abs Wed; legs, traps Thur; shoulders, abdo, biceps, triceps Week example: Day 1: Workout Day 2: Workout Day 3: Workout Day 4: Workout Day 5: rest Day 6: Rest/workout Day 7: Rest/workout That's it I think, I don't take any supplements (prots/creatine).

  19. this is mine One of the first logitech ballmouse without scroll as u can see it really sucks but I pwn with everything I used to have the best one's of Logitech & Razer but some years ago I destroyed them out of rage now I don't wanna spend so much money in those things anymore
