I am ??? at the last pic.  That could be some kind of prayer carpet, but what is up with the door-frame and those other objects???

 

Googling the image got me the absolutely most results that I have ever gotten!

Google translations of the pages found in Arabic seem to say that this has to do with perhaps a ceremony in Egypt and/or something to with "electricity from the air".  Google may have taken some "poetic license" with some poetic Arabic.

I wondered about who took the pic,  but then noticed that the man was multi-tasking with a phone and a mirror, which probably means that this a regular cat-event.
