so have you understood what  does he mean with ''The rasalta'' ahahah at 0.24 pm

However the closed captions are in this way to make this video more fun possible

I found it too, when I replayed the original video. Watch the eyes of the woman to our left of the President. :)

 

 

BTW, Foxboro is in Italy and is allowed to make fun of the Italian President! :D
