schNee Posted September 8, 2016 Posted September 8, 2016 ...hello all, i have a strange problem. my aim is very shaky and not constant. i dunno why, i guess, its because of missing driver software for my razer copperhead for mac. Doesnt work that fine. mouse accel turned off alrdy but still it feels like it is on. so post ur mouse settings, in game and mouse settings at pc. i use high dpi and low sense. my sense at pc is lowest i could choose. in game 2 maybe someone had same problem and found a solution... thanks anyway! cheers saskia =) 1 Quote

It's like there is a skip somewhere when I move left or right. I've had to reboot to make it stop, but every day, at some point it does this. I can't aim at all when it happens. Quote
Platinum VIP Dest!Ny Posted September 8, 2016 Platinum VIP Posted September 8, 2016 copperhead uses a laser sensor. those sensors are known for having jittering problems on certain surfaces, even some mousepads. its also possible that the problem is just some dust blocking the laser or something as simple as that,or that the sensor itself is damaged. if you have other mousepads lying around, you might wanna try if the problem remains when you use one of those. you can try other surfaces as well, since laser sensor is relatively new and in a sense has more possibilities. if you ever find yourself buying a new mouse Id recommend one with an optical sensor, nota laser one 4 Quote

Ann!b@l Posted September 8, 2016 Posted September 8, 2016 (edited) @Schnee: if ever you own an other mouse, check if you encounter the same issue with it. Same goes for the mousepad (even though this doesn't make the QcK responsible). note: poling rate can be set\changed through razer driver only RInput removes residual acceleration left despite that it's disabled in Windows. Yeah, that's what mine has Corsair M65 too bad.. there's cheaper with prolly the best sensor so far.. and it's an optical one. example: https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Daedalus-Performance-Gaming-910-004380/dp/B00TKFD51M/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1473332404&sr=1-1&keywords=logitech+g303 Edited September 8, 2016 by Ann!b@l 1 Quote

Ann!b@l Posted September 8, 2016 Posted September 8, 2016 (edited) for fps games, 1st criteria should always be the shape according the type of grip (fingertip\palm grip in my case) and its comfort.. the 2nd being the sensor (preferably optical). So it's all good mates! Edited September 8, 2016 by Ann!b@l 1 Quote
