Ann!b@l Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 (edited) then do this: -click on the start button Windows, in the search bar type this: cmd.exe, once its icon pops up, right click and run it with admin rights. -once the window of the Prompt command is open type this: Dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth -once the previous task completed, execute this second one: Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth -once the 2 previous tasks completed, reboot. -then perform a scan again through the Prompt command: sfc /scannow now the result of the scan should tell you that no error was found. *do not interrupt the process of each of these 2 "Dism" commands, even if it seems that it's stuck or to take ages. Or installing older version of your graphics card?update directx or un maleware bytes?looks like you have done other things that I would have suggested...nothing else comes to mind..good luck Quote
