some king prawns for me and the kids, to disturb jackytheripper a little bit, with eating maretime insects.

even though it looks like a pizza, it is a pinsa.(different dough)

for the taste i added some south tyrolean bacon and some Rucola afterwards.

Some midnight steaks, with garlic butter and roasted onions ontop... 🤤

my Sushi is getting better and better. This time with some real nori sheets.

A pair of grilled Black Forest trouts. First seared over the embers, then pulled to a crisp finish. For flavor, i´ve added a piece of fir wood to get that smoky taste.

Sometimes after 15 years of China, I wonder why i came back to France... then im at the restaurant and i order a croque-madame with salad and fries... for just 11 euros
