Yes he gets the powder. He had a tumor removed from his sinuses from all the nasty blow he put up there lol. Crazy old focker. His last good movie was Predator II. I saw him in a movie a year or two ago where he played a man who got turned into a dog, it was horrible.

 

He was probably geeked out of his mind when they took this picture lol.

He is crazy now, years ago he had a motorcycle crash and got hurt, it effected his mind bad. I liked him in Black Sheep he was hilarious.
