I need some help in restoring COD4 and then updating...

I feel that I have some corrupted files in my COD4 install.  Therefore I am going to backup my personal stuff and then reinstall the whole thing.

But I dont have a good copy of the 1.4 to 1.7 version updates.  I went to several sites and got spammed and hacked.  So I am looking for

good clean files for these updates.

 

By the way, why doesnt F|A have these files on our server?  We have other stuff we can download but not the actual updates.

 

I had all these updates on a CD but now it won't read.  I knew those were good.  But that was 4 systems ago.

Important: this patch is incremental. That means it requires patch 1.6 for those of you upgrading from a fresh install.

 

i guess ol'smoke has 1.3 cause he asked for 1.4 to 1.7.
