I've got a machine at least for the last few months, anyone can help by making a configuration

 

This is my spec:

 

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo Cpu E8400 @ 3.0o Ghz 3.0 Ghz /Win 7 Prof Service pack 1

RAM: 2 GB

Graphic Card: Intel Q45/Q43 Express Chipset

Monitor: 19"Dell E178FP + 1280x1024 + 75 hz

Internet connexion and speed: xdsl

Game graphics: Need best performance, more brilliant either, according to my hardware

What resolution you play with: agree any suggest

What Sensitivity: the best for more accuracy either, according to my hardware

What Crosshair: 4 or 5

What FOV you want:need a bind for near and far, because I am very color-blind

and if you want some specific binds please tell us what and with what key you want? need bind for FOV in the key "i"

 

I hava a generic Optical mouse with 2 buttons and scroll.

What Sensitivity: the best for more accuracy either, according to my hardware //check in game /sensitivity it'd be good if you gave us specific number.

What Crosshair: 4 or 5 //what size ( /cg_crosshairsize ), what color? ( /cg_crosshaircolor ) , what alternate color? ( /cg_crosshaircoloralt ), do you want crosshairpulse?, do you want crosshair healt indicator?

Here's default config. Adjusted settings as you requested.

Those cvars that needs to be set are on top.

At the moment you have:

Resolution and refresh rate same 1280x1024, 75hz

sensitivity 5 (default), crosshair 5 ,crosshair settings not adjusted since I don't have any information about them. (check red text)

fov 113 + script fov 113 and 90

net settings as I suggested (green)

gamma 1.75 + ignorehw gamma.
