GI-JOE Posted September 24, 2014 Posted September 24, 2014 (edited) Farcry 3 is the tits man, had plenty of fun with this game. I'm not a fan of U-Play but it didn't really detract from the game for me. Edited September 24, 2014 by GI-JOE 1 Quote
SiD Posted September 24, 2014 Author Posted September 24, 2014 After the initial load up, I don't even notice it unless I get a random achievement. People just hate extra DRm I guess lol The game itself is pretty amazing. I remember when the first one came out how well it was touted, but I wasn't much of a PC gamer. I think due to this game, I'm going to start looking into more AAA titles (that aren't COD or played out brands). 1 Quote
Vanaraud Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 Loved Far Cry 1 but then it developed into Cryisis. Far Cry 2 was totally different. I wonder if FC3 is still the same: drive through chekcpoint, waste all ammo on it, take obj, drive 5 min later through it, full of enemies again! No ammo, have to go buy ammo, drive through checkpoint, its again full of enemies, buy ammo. Drive again through checkpoint, yet again its full of enemies and you get it where its going- endless loop which got really boring really quickly, so I quit. So I wonder if FC3 is better? Quote

So I wonder if FC3 is better? on far cry 3 you can 'liberate' outposts, which are the control centers for the enemies on the island. Once you have liberated an outpost there will be no enemies in the area surrounding that outpost. So no, there is no infinite loop for such enemies. only for the wildlife Quote
