Ok so i got banned for using /back when i was dieing bunch of times. can i get unbanned please

If you issue the same command too many times and you happen to be lagging it will register the command multiple times at once, thus tripping the spam filter. 

 

I'll make an adjustment to the settings but I would suggest that if you're lagging try turning your graphics settings down or try the optifine mod or check your internet connection.
