One settings come to my mind when thinking of jay2. 

There should be changes in xp points for new players who connect. It is hardly to get 4 stars from medic to receive adrenaline. Many new players may disconnect for not having adrenaline faster. It's just case of medic. 

 

Yeps sound good, maybe we can adre for lvl 0 medic and 0 xp :) so you not need earn that adre :)

It is determined by g_levels_medic command. It's up to Daredevil how to get adren faster :P
