The left is acne from what I can tell. Some people are more prone to it than others. Asians generally aren't prone to it unless they have very oily skin. Also alot of Europeans from cooler climates tend to not have acne.

 

That guy on in the right picture has some really bad cystic acne...or some kind of impetigo outbreak.

 

not rly.

asians actually do get acne a lot.

i guess maybe 30% or so.

Yeah, apologize about that last pic lol. That one still makes me :o All in all, it all comes down to what you eat. Cut back on sweets and greasy food. I have no problem with candy and such, I don't have a huge sweet tooth, but for steaks and good bbq... on man, pile my plate up really high :P
