Wide-screen and pretty good quality, but his settings differ from mine.  There's a few seconds delay between game and TV-stream view.

 

Very odd for me to join the game and hear his ET sounds and his and his buddy's voices chatting!

 

Extremely funny when I watch his stream and try to open the console or give other commands!   :P

I checked a bit before work (overslept over hour xD) it was a refreshing once in a while but otherwise I liked to watch it.
